关于深化作风建设狠刹违规吃喝告知书

全市各级党组织，全体党员、公职人员：


为深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于作风建设的重要论述和重要指示批示精神，持之以恒落实中央八项规定及其实施细则精神，狠刹我市违规吃喝奢侈浪费之风，特告知如下：


1.深学细悟习近平总书记关于作风建设的重要论述，提高政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力，筑牢作风建设思想根基。


2.市委、市人大、市政府、市政协领导要发挥好“头雁效应”“示范效应”，带头落实中央八项规定精神，做到不请吃、不吃请。


3.各级党组织主要负责同志要坚定扛起政治责任，落实主体责任，“看好自己的门，管好自己的人”，加强对党员干部的教育、管理和监督，坚决管好公款、管住违规吃喝。


4.广大党员干部要严于律己，强化纪律规矩意识，坚守清正廉洁、求真务实、尚俭戒奢的价值取向，自觉抵制违规吃喝、奢侈浪费之风。


5.严格遵守“九个严禁”纪律要求：严禁公务接待超标准、超范围；严禁在公务接待中提供酒水和香烟；严禁转嫁违规吃喝费用；严禁接受、提供可能影响公正执行公务的宴请；严禁在内部接待场所违规公款吃喝；严禁到隐蔽场所“一桌餐”公款吃喝；严禁到私人会所等高档奢靡场所组织、参加商务或个人接待；严禁“不吃公款吃老板”；严禁借“万人助万企”活动之机接受企业宴请、收受礼品礼金。


6.树牢“过紧日子”的思想，日常用餐、公务接待都要坚持健康节约、适度适量，不攀比、不剩余、不随意丢弃。


7.各相关职能部门要各司其职，加强对违规吃喝问题的监管，发现的问题线索要及时移交纪检监察机关处置，真正做到立规矩、树导向、扬正气。


8.市纪委监委即日起将进行明察暗访，对顶风违纪者，依规依纪依法从严处理，典型案件通报曝光。
